Best Rhythm Section in Rock

When a bass player and drummer really lock in together to produce those magic grooves, there's few things finer in rock music.

I wonder if you've ever thought who, in your opinion, might top the list of the greatest rhythm section in rock? This thread will either die a death or run and run, but I'll kick off with my own favourite anyway:

Flea and Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers

Can't think of a finer combination of virtuosity, musicality and sheer togetherness in their rock music genre. Go on, I challenge you!
