Please help, bike wont turn over!

Hey all,

So today i hit my 2006 Honda Shadow Vt750 with the hose just to wash it off a little bit, i let it sit out in the sun for a few hours, and it sounded faint so i turned up the idle ajuster, and pulled the choke out a little, and it wouldn't kick over at all!! so i let it sit for a bit longer, iv'e been trying to get it to run for hours now. so obviously the battery died, iv'e been charging it, now my igniter is running way to fast out of know where atleast 2x faster than usual.
am new to the here, I have worked with multiple firms.
